Home Learning Week 4

Hello my lovely Elm Class. 

 

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. I was looking forward to snow Sunday morning but instead I woke up to rain lashing against my window AGAIN! To say I was disappointed is an understatement. 

 

I can't believe this is week 4 of home learning. 

 

Once again, I have to say a big well done to you for the fantastic learning you did last week. It was wonderful seeing your smiling faces on Teams and hearing your laughter as you took part in the fun activities. laugh.      

 

Every day this week I would like you to: 

  • read on Bug Club 
  • continue to learn the spellings for the days of the week
  • choose 5 spellings you aren't confident with and practise spelling them (fun ways are in the spelling folder)
  • practise your handwriting 
  • watch the phonics video and do the follow up activities that are asked of you
  • do a physical activity 
  • develop fluency with numbers on Numbots  

 

Additionally, there will be daily math, English and topic learning.
