Welcome to week four of Oak Class on-line!
I hope you got to enjoy the lovely weather this weekend. I spent quite a bit of time in my garden planting plants and watching the bees buzz. The plants that impressed me the most, were some sugar snap peas I planted out on Saturday evening. They were very little plants and as you know plants don’t have eyes. Yet in less than 12hours, they had managed to locate where the netting was, wrap themselves around it and straighten up. How did they even know on which direction the netting was!
Maths this week will look at fractions – there are more details attached below. We will continue with a mixture of Street Child tasks and other activities in English. You could have a look at some of the tasks in the ‘Foundation’ section of year6 on the Government’s Oak Academy is you fancy something extra. https://www.thenational.academy/online-classroom/year-6#subjects
Enjoy your day!
