Monday

Hi Willow class,

I hope that you've had a good week and a lovely weekend. I am really enjoying the lovely sunny weather and have been on lots of walks in the woods near where I live. I wonder if you have been able to be outside recently? We've also been tidying and painting rooms in our house.

Today we are going to look at adding in Maths, conjunctions in English and I've found a really fun activity for you to make toilet roll owls. I'm hoping that you might have a spare toilet roll in your recycling bin?

I hope that you enjoy the activities. I really love to receive emails from you or your parents so if you'd like to keep in touch in that way, that would be super. Have a good week!

English

Today we are going to look at conjunctions, what they do in a sentence, and use them in our own sentences. Conjunctions are words that help join words in a sentence. They are a bit like glue, fixing two parts of a sentence together.

Maths

Today we are going to practice our adding skills.

Toilet roll owl craft

Can you make your own owl using just a toilet roll and some paper and decorations?
