Term 3 - Home Learning

Hello lovely Maple Class

I hope you are all keeping well and have had a lovely Christmas holiday with your families. I wasn't expecting us to be remote learning this term, but sadly we are here and hopefully it wont' be too long until we are all back together again. I know this will be a very new and a very different experience for you.

From Wednesday I will be uploading a daily Phonics lesson to you each morning via Tapestry where I will then set you a task and some activities for you to do at home. The activities you are doing at home can then be uploaded by mum's and dad's via Tapestry. Mrs T and I can then view your learning from home and then add comments to what you have done. After today Math's activities will also be uploaded to you via Tapestry, with a link to a video related to what we are learning. I am also hoping to arrange a 'storytime' at the end of the day via Zoom so you are able to have that chance to have that interaction with myself and Mrs T.

For today's learning please click on 'Tuesday' below to have access to a Phonics and Maths activity. After today I will then be uploading mainly via Tapestry, with any resources needed for your daily activities uploaded on the relevant day below.

Each time we learn a new sound, I will allocate games and books linked to our new sound via Bug Club! I will add resources to support the learning through here on our webpage.

My email address is jbaulcomb@iford-kingston.e-sussex.sch.uk please contact me if you have any questions or if you need help with accessing Bug Club or Tapestry. For Tuesday's Phonics and Maths activities please click on 'Tuesday' below!

Take care and keep safe.

Love Miss Baulcomb and Mrs T heart
