In the story this week Katie sees a picture called 'Surprised' by Henri Rousseau. It's of a tiger in a stormy jungle. Your first task today is to collect some words which you could use to describe the stormy scene in the picture. Think carefully about sound, sight, touch and smell.
Once you have collected a 'bank' of words, can you use these to write a storm poem? Use your senses to help you to describe. You can create any sort of poem that you like. I've included some underneath as examples.
