Good Morning Oak Class

I have attached the answers for yesterday's maths. Please mark your own work and let me know if you need any help with anything.

Your English, today, is to read the beginning that you wrote yesterday and revise or redraft any bits of it that you think could be improved:

• Have you introduced the main characters/settings?
• Does your writing make sense? Have you written clear sentences?
• Are there any parts that could be clearer?
• Have you got a variety of sentence types and starters?
• Have you written in paragraphs and do they link easily?

Make any changes that you need to and then move onto the next part of the narrative; the build-up. 

Remember: you are not racing ahead. This is the build up to the climax. You should not get to the climax today.

In class, we have been learning the vocabulary for things that we might find 'Au Cafe.'

Look at the powerpoint and try to learn the names of things that you might order in the cafe.

Hello Oak Class,

This afternoon, we will be looking at the last Play, Like Share film. I have included some instructions for you and the workbook and sheets that you will need. 

We will also be listening to Happy by Pharrell Williams as part of our music learning. Listen to the song, sing along and find the beat.
