The Skylark Federation are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant and Breakfast Club Leader to join our welcoming and friendly school at Plumpton. The role would primarily involve working with a child supporting them with their learning within a classroom setting. Training will be provided so that the successful candidate will be able to provide excellent care, follow all the correct procedures and policies.
The successful candidate will liaise with class teachers, support assistants and outside agencies to support the children and promote well-being and improve attendance and attainment.
The breakfast club leader part of the role is to welcome those children, provide a breakfast of cereal or toast and some activities.
This role is to start at 7.45 each morning until 15.15.
We are a popular group of schools and we would love to welcome you to our Federation. All training and guidance will be provided for the successful candidate.
